Meet Ms. Amy!

I’m so excited to be joining the crew here at Renaissance! 

 

I was born and raised in Arizona and attended ASU, Arizona State University, for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education and taught for 4 years before heading back to school to pursue a Master’s degree in speech and language pathology. I have enjoyed all facets of my various roles in both public and private education settings. Growing up schools were often my home away from home, so, I hope to inspire joy, comfort, and laughter in the community at REMS! 

 

My boyfriend, Mitchell, and I (and our dog, Nala) are excited to embark on our new adventure in Colorado! We are looking forward to the hiking, camping, and all the snowy adventures Colorado has to offer. Along with camping and hiking, I enjoy nature photography, cooking, painting, paddle boarding, and hanging out with friends and family!
