CHAPERONE FOR VOYAGE

​ALL documents must be submitted 14 DAYS prior to voyage:

  1. Complete Community Volunteer Application

  2. Copy of Driver’s License

  3. Complete Chaperone Agreement pending Background Check

  4. Complete Volunteer Best Practices Training and Online Parent Volunteer Agreement 

  5. Complete any Camp Forms found on Voyages Page

CHAPERONE FOR DAY TRIP

ALL documents must be submitted 14 DAYS prior to day trip:

 

Parents:

  1. Complete Volunteer Best Practices Training and Online Parent Volunteer Agreement

  2. Copy of Driver’s License

 

Non Parent/Guardian:

  1. Complete Community Volunteer Application

  2. Copy of Driver’s License

  3. Complete Volunteer Best Practices Training and Online Parent Volunteer Agreement
