Girls on the Run

Girls on the Run uses the power of running to educate and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. We will teach girls about health, positive body image, self-esteem and community service. Girls gain self-esteem and learn healthy lifestyle habits while training for a 5k run/walk race. No running experience necessary.
