Ms. Sheila Marino, Registrar

My name is Sheila Marino and I am very excited to be the Registrar at Renaissance Elementary School. As part of the front desk staff, I look forward to meeting all of you and helping you with whatever you may need.  Years ago I worked in the office at the elementary school my girls attended and I loved it.  I've done everything from SmartBoard troubleshooting, healthroom, volunteer coordinator, tech assistant, and more.

Growing up in a small town in South Dakota, I lived with my parents and 5 younger brothers.  After graduation, I went to college at Mankato State University in Minnesota where I majored in Business, and then moved to the Twin Cities to get a real job.  There I met my husband, Michael.  His job transferred him to Denver and we've lived in Lone Tree ever since.

Mike has recently retired and is keeping busy consulting and playing golf.  I have two daughter, Morgan and Alyssa, and a wonderful little puppy named Phoebe.  Morgan is attending University of Kansas to study Computer Engineering.  Alyssa is a Senior at RCHS and active in the Choir and Theater programs.  She is currently auditioning and applying to music schools where she will plan to major in Music Therapy.  Phoebe is my new baby, keeping me company as my girls begin their own adventures!

Summers I like to read, work in my vegetable garden, cook, hike, and travel.  I spend time with my family as much as possible - going to movies, crafting, playing games and hanging out.

I am looking forward to a wonderful school year!
